Deliveries

All our shipping is sent by courier, depending on where you are located and what we are shipping will determine which courier company is used.

Shipping times for items in track pak bags is usually overnight ( during the week ) if non rural. But can sometimes take 2 working days from shipping date.

Shipping times for items in boxes is usually overnight for Auckland / North Island ( during the week ) and 2 working days for South Island if non rural. But can sometimes take 2 - 3 working days from shipping date.

Rural Deliveries add another 1 - 2 working days onto the usual ship time.

If your item has not arrived within 5 working days please contact us ASAP so we can start a query with the courier as they require a query to be lodged within 14 days of the ship date to make a claim.

 We aim to ship all items we have received payment for before 3pm, that day.
